Services

Three parts of one practice: a membership matched to your structure, consultation with preparation and follow-up, and a protocol document your people can use.

Membership plans

Two structures. The same standard of care.

Choose the structure that matches how you are organized. Features and consulting depth stay aligned; what changes is the number of communities the plan is built to hold.

Multiple parishes

Bishop / Archbishop

For communities with several churches, from a parish cluster to a full diocese.

Three one-hour consulting sessions each month, with preparation and follow-up.

Bishop

Archbishop

Both levels include the same platform and consulting time. They differ only in how many parishes they cover.

Consultation

Time set aside, with the work around it included.

Each plan includes a set number of meetings, plus the preparation before them and the follow-up after. We use that time to understand your buildings, your calendar, and the decisions in front of you.

Security protocol document

Written so it can be practiced.

The protocol gathers the decisions you have made into one document: roles, responses, and the ordinary habits that keep a church both welcoming and prepared. It is revised with you, not handed down as a template.
